Complete the following steps to reset your barcode scanner.
STEP 1 – With your manager card log into the POS terminal
STEP 2 - Tap "STORE OPERATIONS"
STEP 3 - Tap "Exit POS" at the bottom of the screen
STEP 4 – You will have 20 seconds to scan the two barcodes on the desktop before the POS program restarts automatically. Once you scan the two barcodes do nothing, the program should reopen after 20 seconds.
If the POS program does not restart after 20 seconds you can start the program manually by tapping on the icon with the black POS icon.
