The password for the ticket system, email and back office computer are synced with each other. It can be reset by logging into the computer and pressing CTRL-ALT-DELETE on the keyboard and choosing "Change a password". You'll be prompted to enter the current password and the new password (twice). This will update the password for the ticket system and email.



If you cannot get in to the back office computer please submit a ticket and we will reset the password for you.
